Terms of Service

Welcome to DownTown Brussels. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your booking, a €5.00 deposit is required. This deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or changes to your party size.
2. Arrival Time: We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the booked time. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to release your table to walk-in guests, and your deposit will be forfeited.
3. Right of Admission: A reservation does not guarantee entry. Management reserves the right to refuse admission in accordance with Belgian law (e.g., intoxication, inappropriate behavior, or security concerns during high-risk football matches). If entry is refused, the deposit remains non-refundable.
